We currently ship U.S. only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping details at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email customer.support@kalunara.com within 7 days of delivery (or the last carrier update).
For damaged items, please include photos of the outer box, packing materials, and product(s). We’ll review promptly and coordinate the most appropriate resolution (replacement or refund, as applicable).
